About Speaker
Sri Raghava Krishna is the Founder and CEO of Bṛhat, a culture engine dedicated to powering education, creatives and design rooted in the Indian civilizational consciousness. Bṛhat works at the intersection of culture, policy and leadership, helping institutions, creators and educators build narratives, products and experiences that are deeply aligned with Indic knowledge systems.
Before founding Bṛhat, Raghava spent around 17 years in the corporate sector with a focus on leading cross‑functional creative product development teams, learning design and organisational culture. He served as Development Director at Electronic Arts (EA Sports), where he led product operations for EA’s mobile game development studio.
Motivated to work more closely with India’s governance and public life, he transitioned from the corporate world into public policy. He was a co‑founder and Associate Dean (Academics) at the Rashtram School of Public Leadership, where he helped shape programmes that bring together leadership, policy and Indic thought.
Through Bṛhat, Raghava now focuses on three core pillars – Culture Creatives, Policy Research and Leadership Development – working with partners ranging from schools and universities to media creators, game developers and civil society organisations. His work involves consulting, teaching and public thought leadership on culture‑compatible policy, Dharma in contemporary life, and institution design grounded in Indian civilizational frameworks.
