Vipul Agrawal is a serial entrepreneur, investor, and INSEAD alumnus who has built, scaled, and exited multiple ventures in the technology and content industries. Currently the Founder & CEO of Mugafi, Vipul is on a mission to revolutionize global storytelling by fusing AI, entertainment, and Web3. Under his leadership, Mugafi has evolved into a dual-arm powerhouse: a technology-first content infrastructure and an original IP creation engine drawing from deep cultural narratives across India, Asia, and the MENA region.

Entrepreneurial Journey :  Vipul began his entrepreneurial career at a young age, founding Rutogo, a travel startup that was later acquired by Ixigo. He went on to co-found Cricnwin, a cricket gaming platform that reached over 10 million users globally and pioneered the first ICO in the cricket space. His third venture, Randomly Club, was a social app that amassed over 100 million downloads and achieved multi-million-dollar ARR without external funding. In 2020, Vipul founded Mugafi,Mugafi, an AI-native entertainment company building global-scale IP universes across films, comics, animation, audio, and on-chain ownership. With a unique background that spans mathematics, statistics, business, songwriting, and storytelling, Vipul brings both left-brain clarity and right-brain imagination to the future of entertainment.

He began Mugafi with a simple belief: stories are the most powerful asset class of the 21st century. Today, Mugafi has grown into one of the largest IP engines in Asia, with a creator ecosystem of 10,000+ writers, a library of 20,000+ original IPs, and proprietary AI tools like Ved, Pulse, and the Comic Engine powering content creation at unprecedented scale. Vipul co-produced Kubera, which crossed $25M at the box office, and is producing projects like Swari Agra and Parashurama. He is also building large-scale universes including Moksha (1,500+ comics), the Mugafi Defence Universe.  His long-term vision is to build a global entertainment company that merges AI, creativity, and ownership, enabling creators and fans to co-create and co-own the next generation of global franchises – from India and Asia to the world.
